Why we push it
One tight route is what keeps pickup and delivery free. Standing orders make the route predictable, so the savings come back to you instead of going into a $14 pickup fee like some Las Vegas services charge.
Memberships bill monthly. Unused pounds don't roll over — pick the tier that matches a normal week, not your biggest one.

Whites, darks, towels, the kids' stuff — throw it in together. We separate it at the facility, wash hot, dry on low, and fold it warm so it doesn't crease on the way back.

Questions
How much does it actually cost?
$1.99 a pound with a $45 minimum, or a flat $45 for a 13-gallon bag up to 22 lbs, plus a flat $2.50 service fee. Pickup, delivery, washing, drying, folding and sorting are all included, and windows from 4:30 to 8:30 PM are free. Your first order is $10 off.
When do you pick up?
Every evening. Free one-hour windows run 4:30 to 8:30pm; if you work late or work nights, we also run 8:30–9:30, 9:30–10:30 and 10:00–11:00pm for $6.50. We text a 30-minute ETA at 4:30pm on the day. Everyone else in Henderson picks up while you're at work — that's the whole reason we exist.
When do I get it back?
The next evening, in the same window you chose. Book express before 3pm and you can have it back the same night for $0.50/lb extra.
Do I have to be home?
No. Leave the bag on the porch, by the side door, or at your building's front desk. Tell us where in the notes when you book, including a gate code if we need one.
When is my card charged?
Never at booking. We save your card with Stripe, weigh your laundry at the facility, then charge the exact amount and text you a receipt. If you picked a flat bag, the price is the price.
What if something comes back wrong?
Tell us within 48 hours and we re-wash that load free. No contract, no argument. If we damage something, we make it right.
What about detergent and allergies?
Free & Clear detergent is $4 an order. You can also pick cold wash, low-heat dry, no fabric softener, or hang-dry when you book, and we follow it every time.
