The laundry doesn't stop.Neither should the price.

A plan is not a discount card. It changes what you are billed for: one-time orders are priced per order, plans are priced per month. That one difference is where the money is.

01

Where the saving actually comes from

Two things get charged on every single one-time order, no matter how small it is.

Send 12 lbs on a Tuesday as a one-time order and you pay $45 plus $2.50, because 12 lbs is under the minimum. Send the same 12 lbs as a member and it comes out of your monthly pounds — you pay for laundry, not for the fact that you ordered.

03

The same laundry, both ways

What each plan's pickups would cost as ordinary one-time orders, at the $45 minimum plus the $2.50 fee.

Those are honest numbers for the way most households send laundry: a normal load, once or twice a week, under the minimum every time. Add-ons, comforters and after-hours pickups are priced the same on a plan as they are one-time — a plan changes the base, not the extras.

04

When a plan is the wrong answer

We would rather say this than have you cancel in month two.

  • You send one big load a month. At 23 lbs or more in a single order you are already past the minimum, so $1.99/lb plus $2.50 beats a plan you will not fill.
  • Your laundry is seasonal. Unused pounds do not roll over. A plan you fill twice a year is worse than paying as you go.
  • You are trying us out. Order once. If it comes back the way you wanted, the plan will still be here — and your first order is $10 off either way.
05

What every plan includes

  • No $45 minimum. Send what you have, when you have it.
  • No $2.50 service fee. Not on any pickup, all month.
  • A route slot. Same driver, same evening, same window — we plan the route around you instead of fitting you in.
  • Free pickup and delivery, and free windows from 4:30 to 8:30 PM. After-hours 8:30–11 PM is $6.50 on a plan, same as anyone else.
  • Overage below list. $1.69/lb on the weekly plans, $1.79/lb every other week — never the $1.99 list rate.
  • Cancel any time before the next billing date. No contract, no notice period, no cancellation fee.

Questions

What happens if I go over my pounds?

Nothing dramatic — we do not refuse the pickup or cut you off. The extra is billed at $1.69 a pound on Fresh Weekly and Family Weekly, $1.79 on Every Other Week. Both are under the $1.99 list rate, so going over on a plan still costs less than the same pounds ordered one at a time.

Do unused pounds roll over?

No. They expire at the end of the month. We would rather tell you that on the pricing page than in an email. Pick the plan that matches what you actually send, not the one that looks most generous.

When am I billed?

The membership bills the day you start it and on that date each month. This is the one thing we charge up front — everything weight-based is still charged after we put your laundry on the scale.

Can I skip a week?

Yes. Text us and we take you off that night's route. The month still bills — the pounds are yours to use on the other pickups.

Can I switch plans?

Any time. Text us and we move you at the next billing date, up or down. Most people start on Every Other Week and move up once they stop doing laundry at home entirely.

Can I cancel?

Any time before your next billing date, no fee and no notice period. You keep the pounds you have already paid for that month.
