Pickup, delivery, wash, dry, fold and sort are always included. One flat $2.50 service fee per order and nothing else — no fuel surcharge, no per-bag fee, no minimum-order fee, and no charge for your pickup window before 8:30 PM. Add-ons are priced per unit below.

How many bags?
Express same-night return — +$0.50/lb or +$12 a bag — when you book before 3pm. One express run holds 60 lbs, and hang-dry can't ride along; it needs the overnight.
Every order carries one flat $2.50 service fee — that is the whole list. Poplin adds a $3 trust fee and a $1.49 operational fee and $5 for a three-hour window. Ours is $2.50 and your one-hour window is free.
Off work late? After-hours pickup — 8:30–9:30, 9:30–10:30 or 10:00–11:00 PM — is +$6.50. The main route closes at 8:30, so a later stop is the driver going back out: a second trip, not a surcharge on the laundry. Anything from 4:30 to 8:30 PM is free.

Weight is unknown when you book, so Stripe vaults your card and charges nothing. We weigh at intake, charge the exact amount, and email an itemized receipt before delivery.

Do I have to be home?
No. Leave the bags wherever you tell us in the notes. We text a photo at pickup and at delivery.
What if something is stained or delicate?
Flag it in the notes — delicates get cold water and low heat. We don't dry-clean; anything machine-unsafe gets set aside.
What bags should I use?
Whatever you have. After your first order we leave two reusable Everlast bags and swap them each visit.
Can I skip a week on a membership?
Yes, by text before 3pm. Cancel any time, no fee.
What if something goes missing or gets damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours. We photograph every intake. If we can't find it, we cover ten times its wash cost, up to $250 an order.
